At Riptide Property Services, we believe summer on Cape Cod should be spent enjoying your home—not scrubbing it. We’re two 20-year-olds from Reading, Massachusetts who decided to spend the summer on the Cape and turn years of hands-on experience into something of our own. After working countless jobs power washing patios, spraying for mosquitoes, and cleaning grills, we realized one thing: homeowners want their properties to look great without having to deal with the dirty work.

That’s where we come in. Think of us as the crew that keeps your property summer-ready. From blasting away grime with power washing to keeping mosquitoes away and getting your grill ready for the next cookout, we handle the jobs that make your home feel clean, comfortable, and ready to enjoy.
